Emily Cain - again? Watch the latest episode of The Advance Team
The usual thing when running against an incumbent is an attack on his performance in office. Since Bruce scarcely has a record at this early date, the justification for this early announcement (leaving aside tactical considerations) must be partisanship, ideology, personal ambition, or all three. Safest to assume all three.
NB We notice that this whole discussion concerns political maneuvers. The motive for running is left unconsidered. No special criticism here. The current American custom is for 90% of punditry to concentrate on electoral means and methods.
A welcome appearance ! Flammenwerfer. Please grace us with more.
Win lose or draw, what happens to any campaign money not spent on the election?
It goes into the candidate's vacation fund.
Anyone else see this as her way of keeping herself busy so she doesn't have to bother with getting a real job?
I wish she'd just pass into obscurity since she's irrelevant now. I also wish WVOM would stop interviewing her so she can rest in peace. They're keeping her in the political arena, where she doesn't belong anymore.
